Mushrooms Canada once added my recipe to their website, but that was 10 years ago, and they’ve since updated things. No worries. Here’s the recipe.
These are a popular Hungarian appetizer - and even considered to be somewhat "classy".

Mushrooms are popular in the KB kitchen - versatile, in so many dishes. As I add this to the site, it's nearing the end of Winter and we all feel sun-deprived - thus possibly low on Vitamin D. Did you know mushrooms are a source of vitamin D, fibre, minerals and B complex vitamins?
This soup not only tastes great, but is a beautiful sight to behold with rich, deeply coloured broth.

Ancient grains appear in all meals of the day, and in savouries and sweets. This recipe is (with a few minor edits) from America's Test Kitchen's "Cooking Fresh" - another publication from which I could happily make / eat everything! I use this as a warm side, but it is good next day even as a cold/room temperature salad - and I bet there are people who'd consider it a healthy breakfast as well!
