I had a hankering for granola but was too lazy too make my own. The one I bought disappointed, and coincidentally, I encountered the recipe from Eleven Madison Park (NYC). This recipe is surprisingly similar to my usual recipe from the iconic Rebar in Victoria, BC. Nonetheless, I have enjoyed making it with a few of my own modifications - and you, too, can be creative with this!
