Many recipes I make call for some amount of "strong coffee", or may even specify espresso (or espresso powder). Though most kitchens have various ways of making coffee, nothing is more convenient than this.
My problem of late has been sourcing this. Am shocked that local vendors, delicatessens and even Italian specialty shops don't carry it. I was almost going to order it from Amazon, and then discovered it at Vincenzo's. (See Likes > Shop in this site.) That's a bit of a hike for me, but/so I stocked up and keep hoping it will appear / reappear locally.
